Shipping & Returns
We are proud to be a small business—as small as they come. We are adapting on the fly here and are happy to be able to offer you some of our special merchandise online, shipped or dropped off on your doorstep.
We offer two options for delivery of your items. Your order will be shipped or drop-off will be arranged within 3 days of placing the order.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING — $10 flat rate shipping to USA only. Your order will be sent to you via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days).
DROP-OFF FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS — select this option if you would like us to drop off your order at your home or business within Erie, Ottawa and Huron Counties. After you place your order, we will contact you using the contact information in your order to setup a location, day and time for drop-off.
Returns will be accepted for 30 days from purchase date shipped at client’s expense to Erik’s Clothing, 232 Jackson St. Suite 107, Sandusky OH 44870 or dropped off (please arrange via email to firstname.lastname@example.org).
We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like a new size or color, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online.
Erik’s Clothing may replace or refund merchandise with a legitimate manufacturer defect.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.
Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, new condition. Altered clothing is not returnable or refundable. Toiletry items and fragrances are not returnable or refundable (this includes all St. James of London and Cliff Original products).
